This is a book design that was made in my Typography 2 class with the adjective of making a typography book with six of our favorite typefaces. I chose to pick Didot, Futura, Adobe Jenson, Mrs. Eaves, Rockwell, and Gill Sans. These typefaces all have different characteristics and are different types of typography, including the styles: modern, geometric sans serif, old style, transitional, slab serif, and humanist sans serif. It is 9 by 4 inches and can be coil-bound or stitched. I had four pages for every typeface including the history, characteristics, alphabets, and weights of the typeface. This book would be great for designers to have starting knowledge about typefaces.
